INGREDIANTS:
Kesri (Fresh) Turmeric – 100 gms.
Chenna/Paneer 25-30 gms.
Milk 1 cup
Rock sugar or Sugar Candy 40 gms.
Cow ghee 2 tbs.
Dry fruits as per requirement
Cardamom powder ½ tsp.
METHOD:
Cut fresh turmeric in the mixer jar and crush. Heat oil in a pan add the dry fruits, roast and remove separately. Roast crushed turmeric in ghee. Add milk and keep stirring. When the mixture starts getting thick add castor sugar and mix. Once the ghee separates, put off the gas. Add dry furits, cardamom powder and mix well. Garnish with dry fruits and serve.
