Ingredients:

2 nos. Ripe Banana peel (skin)

Cumin seed – 1 tsp.

Asafoetida – pinch

Mango powder – ½ tsp

Cumin and coriander powder – ½ tsp

Green chillies and ginger paste – ½ tsp.

Turmeric – pinch

Garam masala – ½ tsp

Salt – as per taste

Green coriander – as per taste

Oil – 2 tbs.

Water – as required.

Method:

Clean the banana peel and cut it into small size. Heat oil in a pan and put cumin seed and asafoetida. Add cut banana peel pieces then salt, turmeric, green chillie and ginger paste, garam masala, cumin coriander powder, mango powder and allow the peel to be cooked. Add water as required. Last add chopped coriander.
