Kachri

Ginger

Green chillies

Coriander leaves

Salt

Desiccated coconut

Mint leaves

Garlic

Cumin and coriander powder

Ajwain/carom seeds

 

METHOD

Chop ripe Kachri. Mix salt, cumin, coriander powder, carom seeds and allow it to dry in the sun. Powder this mixture and add the balance ingredients and churn it in the mixture. Serve with Bajri/Millet chapattis. Can also be used to make sandwiches.
