INGREDIENTS

Sorghum flour

Millet flour

Curd

Green methi leaves

Salt

Jaggery

Green chillies

 

METHOD

Mix all the above ingredients in Jowar and Bajri/Millet flour and leave for 2/3 hours.

Later combine to make dough and make small tikkies and roast on the tava.

 

BENEFITS

Juwar and Bajri is easily digestible even by an ill person and very beneficial for weak people.
