INGREDIENTS
Spinach 250 gms.
Mava 100 gms.
Brown sugar 1 tbs.
Dryfruits 2 tbs.
1 tbs. sugar
½ tsp. cardamom powder
METHOD
Blanch spinach. Heat desi ghee then add spinach to it. Stir for 4/5 mins. Add sugar and jaggery. After 4/5 minutes add dry fruits and mava. Remove from the gas and mix well.
BENEFITS
Spinach has iron and calcium and folic acid. Very good for people with iron deficiency. Improves eyesight.
